Loudoun Hunt Pony Club will be open for new and renewing membership on a quarterly basis. Completed membership applications will be mailed to National and to the Virginia Region on January 5, April 5, September 5 and November 5. Active participation for new and renewing members cannot begin until the National Office has received all paper work. New and renewing members must be covered by National insurance prior to participation in any LHPC activities. The participation date for these members will be on the 10th of the month following the mailing date.

The rights and responsibilities of membership are outlined in "The Policies of the Loudoun Hunt Pony Club".

The following forms are required for membership:

New members must fill out a membership application and return it with membership dues to the Membership Chairman. Please contact the Membership Chairman for application and current dues amount.

Renewing members should sign their preprinted membership renewal form and return it with membership dues (contact membership chairman for amount) to the Membership Chairman.

All new member applications and member renewal forms must also include the following:

Loudoun Hunt Pony Club Hats, Pins, Shirts and Jackets

LHPC shirts, jackets, hats and USPC Pins may be purchased/ordered from Ms. Humphries at 540-388-2463 or email; skeetssprings@aol.com

A few shirts are kept in stock but most will need to be ordered. Allow a minimum of 10 to 14 days for delivery of shirts and jackets!!!
